This indicates their interest in personal/professional development and their willingness to pull their own weight. Finally, you need to ask them about their action plan. By understanding how they plan to grow their business, you can find a partner that is proactively pursuing growth instead of seeking an agent who’s going to do all of the heavy lifting.
