Avoid checking your emails before your feet have even hit the ground. Don’t allow your light to be dimmed by external circumstances the moment your eyes open in the morning.
There is no doubt that we’re facing unprecedented times, but you’ve got to put your oxygen mask on first and look after yourself before you can look after the others in your life. Focus your energy on the positives, because doing so enables you to create and expand opportunities. Give yourself space for creativity, time for new ideas, and then engage with your world as the best version of yourself. This process creates a vibration of positivity that will improve your business – and your life.
Reframe Your Thinking
It is critical right now to focus on opportunities over obstacles. There are many types of sellers out there. To stand out, you need to reframe your thinking and remind yourself of the importance of adding value to people’s lives.
For instance, some people may not want to sell right now because they are unaware of the opportunities that exist with their home equity. Having a conversation with them about leveraging their home equity to create new sources of income for their families could elevate their lives and their wealth. And you might just spark a daydream that can become a reality.
Using this opportunity to educate, rather than seeing unwilling sellers as an obstacle, not only adds value to their lives but may also lead to new business for you.
